Our Lady Ella had the most amazing first experience to this amazing staff and doctor. I absolutely love how they treated my baby girl and their down home southern hospitality. I know my Ella will be in good hands for life!

If I could give you a negative 10 I would. Remember how I trusted you with my cats life on that Saturday? You told me “ your harsh exact words were “ you need to have surgery or put him down “ . I should have steered clear of your terrible bed side manor but instead left my precious baby with you for his urinary tract surgery . You explained that he would need to stay about 2/3 days and you needed to make sure he urinated. When I received the call from your staff that he could go home I was so excited. I came to pick him up and asked the girl if he urinated and she said she did not know. I was insistent and told her to go check. She came back and said yes. I asked if she was sure and she said you said yes. So I took my baby home. He didn’t seem right but he had just had surgery. The next morning he was blown up like a pig and I called your office and was told to bring him in that it was your off day and you were coming in. So once again I left my baby with you. Later you called and said those horrible words again “ you need to pug him down “ he is filling up with floods. I was so shocked I didn’t even think of asking why and you didn’t offer that info, cause you knew you had messed up the surgery. I went to get my son out of school so he could say goodbye and on the way I thought I need a second opinion. I called RIVER , A real caring place and explained the surgery and what you said to me. They said I could bring him in and they would take a look at him. I got my son from school and called you to tell you I was picking him up and taking him there. You were so discouraging of me doing that and tried your best to talk me out of it saying that they were so expensive . It’s not your cat of your money so don’t worry about it! You just didn’t want me to know the truth! After I hung up your office called and asked if I wanted y’all to get him ready, I asked what y’all meant and was told to get a iv in him and have him ready. I said yes I guess so. I was baffled by the question and still did not understand what you had done. Once my son& I picked up my precious baby and left your office called and asked how I was gonna pay the $200.00 . I asked for what,I’ve already paid you $1200.00 for the surgery? Your office advised for prepping him and getting him ready. I advised when I was asked that I was not told there was a charge for it and that I was not paying it. Once I got to RIVER my baby looked so pitiful he was on his death bed. I was advised that his organs were shutting down and he needed surgery. That he had a 50/50 chance of making it. I said yes and my son & I prayed over our cat. The surgery was a success. They came back and told me that you had punctured a hole in his bladder and when he was urinating if was filling up his body and the toxins were shutting down his organs. They were able to run a fine outside his body so he could pee and flushed his system out and his organs were functioning once again. But they informed me he would need two more surgeries in order to fix what you so carelessly messed up and didn’t have the decant see to Man up to it and tell me the truth . Instead you wanted to kill him and not say anything . Just sweep it under the rug. Dr. Crow performed the surgery to fix the hole in his bladder and then later another surgery to change how he peed ( forget the terminology ) but my male cat now pees like a girl cat. He was wonderful, excellent bed side manor. He even said a prayer for our precious baby and called and gave me updates personally. I still have my precious furry baby thanks to RIVER Hospital and I will never forgive you for what you did and what you cost me. Lucky for you I am not a sue happy person but you should of been sued and you should loose your license so this never happens to anyone else ever again!

There is Absolutely NOT Enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ !!!!! Dr. Julie Cleverdon, DVM is BEYOND BRILLIANT! Victoria her Vet-Tech, Extraordinary!!!! All Staff, Outstanding! From start to finish, by FAR, THE VERY BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! I have worked with many veterinarians/specializations, such as small animal vets for pets like dogs and cats, large animal vets for livestock like cattle and pigs, and equine vets for horses. To also include exotic, wildlife, and zoo vets. Even laboratory animal vets who work in research. The peacefulness of the facility ♥️♥️♥️. The SINCEREST Utmost Care, Total Health and Well-Being of My Animals! I could go on and on! It is probably the first time I wished that I could be an animal. I know the thought must come across redonkulous. If I could have Dr. Cleverdon as my doctor (and her staff) as my attending practitioner, how marvelous it would be! I am TREMENDOUSLY GRATEFUL & THANKFUL that my animals have HER and Her Staff !!!
